Payment I accept payment by PayPal. I find this the safest and easiest option for the customer and myself. By using PayPal, I have no access to your credit/debit card details making it a very secure method of payment. bigblu designs does not hold any financial information of clients, this is all stored securely by Paypal. PayPal have extensive security and fraud protection measures. Further information about this method of payment can be found at: www.paypal.com We are not currently registered for VAT, as our turnover is below the VAT registration threshold. As a result, all our items are VAT free.
Returns If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and return the artwork within 14 days of receipt. Only the cost of the artwork will be refunded, not the postage, packing or insurance costs. The buyer must pay for return delivery, packaging and must insure the artwork, as refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
